Lumiled Luxeon LED Diffused Comparisons

A pictorial comparison of various Lumiled products.

Images are currently not what I would consider "scientifically" accurate - they were taken with a digital camera and the exposures varied on the "Diffused - tele" images. The "Diffused - wide" images are more accurate - only the Luxeon I Line image had a different exposure than the others.

I will eventually re-shoot with film with consistent exposures that do not blow-out the illumination. I will also shoot the projection patterns on film with consistent exposures. These will have to do for now.

None of these were photographed as macros, but some of the Detailed images show the chip/die of the LEDs themselves in good detail. I will eventually do some true macro work to further bring out the details of the LEDs.

Images are links to larger images.
